The Bulacan Provincial Health Office (PHO) said on Monday, July 17, that the province’s Covid-19 case classification is at low risk and remains under Alert Level 1.
On July 11, the Provincial Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (PESU) reported only 20 new cases in the province compared to 229 cases recorded by the PHO on July 19, 2022.

Although the province was able to maintain its low-risk level, PESU nurse Bryan Alfonso reminded the Bulakenyos to continue following the minimum public health standard (MPHS).
Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando also emphasized that vaccination against Covid-19 is still available in all municipal health centers, rural health units, and barangay health stations across the province for free.
Meanwhile, a total of 2,192 cases of dengue were recorded also from January to July 2023, which is 68 percent lower than the total cases last year.
PHO has recorded high cases of dengue in the municipalities of Bocaue, Bulakan, and Marilao from July 2 to 8 this year.
