ACT-CIS reclaims House seat

The ACT-CIS party-list has reclaimed its seat in the House of Representatives after the Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC), formally proclaimed Jeffrey Soriano as its new representative on Wednesday.
