Senator Risa Hontiveros on Thursday said the conviction of dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo for qualified trafficking over links to a raided Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) hub in her hometown, was a “victory” against corruption, human trafficking, and other transnational crimes.
