Beulah, Dantru, PIXDesigns and Others Join to Shape 2025 Property Development

Among the key players in this merger, Beulah International Development has created master plans for its renewable program contribution in Palawan, which will be initiated in Tumarbong, Roxas City, Palawan, under the banner “Catalina Luxury Residences.” The development project will run on solar power and electric vehicles.

DANTRU Industrial and Energy and PIXDesignTechnology of India will provide Technology that will include a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to power development for 24 Hours. PIX will also supply industrial electric vehicles for development.  

Beulah International Development with its most articulate vision for next year has taken a more aggressive increase the availability of investment.  Together with V.T. Laguyo Construction and  Nexus Resources are  in talks with other investors from  Dubai to Prague.

As of press time, the merger has been collaborating with technology providers and private equity investors to roll them into one. Details of the terms of the merger will be defined at a later date.  However, this is already bringing a unique and whole new economic perspective for 2025.
