Beulah International Development has created a master plan for its Real Estate Development program in Palawan, which will be initiated in Tumarbong, Roxas City, called “Catalina Luxury Residences.” It is a concept pilot project that will be duplicated in all Beulah projects all the way to Alaminos, Pangasinan.

With VTLaguyo Construction and Nexus Resources' participation, Beulah would have an easier pitch for successful evaluation for investment.
