Defense asks ICC: let medical experts gauge FPRRD as 'flight risk'

Defense lawyers for former President Rodrigo Duterte have asked the judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to order an independent assessment by medical experts to prove that his supposedly deteriorating health makes him physically incapable of fleeing or obstructing justice.
