Former PS-DBM exec Lao arrested in Davao City
Lloyd Christopher Lao, the former officer-in-charge of the Department of Budget and Management - Procurement Service (PS-DBM), was arrested in Davao City on Wednesday, the Philippine National Police - Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said.
