ICI must enforce stricter rules on executive sessions -- Ridon

The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) should have released clear and stricter rules on conducting executive sessions to maintain public transparency, House Committee on Infrastructure lead-chairman Representative Terry Ridon said Sunday.
