The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday released blurred mugshots of former senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and his co-accused after he surrendered following an arrest warrant against him over an alleged P92.8 million ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan.
