Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) spokesperson for West Philippine Sea (WPS) Commodore Jay Tarriela stood firm on his stance opposing China's aggression in contested waters after Beijing lodged a diplomatic protest against him for publicly posting images on social media "attacking and smearing Chinese leaders."
