Sandiganbayan asked to issue precautionary hold departure order for Escudero, Ngu

The Office of the Ombudsman has asked the Sandiganbayan on Saturday to issue a precautionary hold departure order against Senator Francis "Chiz" Escudero and businessman Maynard Ngu.
