VP Sara: AICS used to bankroll poll campaign of Romualdez-allied bets

Vice President Sara Duterte on Tuesday claimed that the Social Welfare Department"s (DSWD) Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program was used to fund the election campaigns of congressmen backed by former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
