DA to take key role in push to cut red tape for agri, fisheries investments

The Department of Agriculture (DA) is set to take a central role in the implementation of a joint circular backed by 38 national government agencies that is seen to fast-track strategic investments in agriculture and fisheries, the agency said Sunday.
