Senator Ronald Dela Rosa on Wednesday sang what he described as the “famous lines” of the hymn of the Philippine Military Academy as he appealed to fellow PMA alumni, also known as cavaliers, to help uphold the country"s sovereignty amid the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant issued against him.
