Brawner orders probe if Orly Guteza hid at PH Marine Corps

Armed Forces of the Philip pines chief General Romeo Brawner Jr. said he has ordered an investigation to determine if Orly Guteza, who emerged as a "surprise witness" in the Senate's flood control projects corruption probe, hid at the Philippine Marine Corps (PMC).
