Brawner orders probe if Orly Guteza was hiding at PH Marine Corps

Armed Forces of the Philippines chief General Romeo Brawner Jr. said he has ordered an investigation to determine if Orly Guteza, who emerged as a "surprise witness" in the Senate's flood control projects corruption probe, was hiding at the Philippine Marine Corps (PMC).
