Curlee Discaya brought to hospital due to 'painful shoulder,' says SP Sotto

Embattled contractor Pacifico "Curlee" Discaya II was brought to a hospital Thursday morning due to concerns about his shoulder, Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III said. Viscaya, however, has returned to his Senate detention facility.
