DPWH: Rehab of infrastructure damaged in Cebu quake to begin this week

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Monday will commence the rehabilitation of key infrastructure in northern Cebu that was damaged by a recent powerful magnitude 6.9 earthquake.
