Konektadong Pinoy law implementing rules signed -- DICT

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Wednesday said the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the Konektadong Pinoy Act that allows new data transmission players to operate without a legislative franchise or Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) has been signed.
