Armed with a warrant of arrest, agents from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Organized and Transnational Crime Division quietly entered an exclusive subdivision in Makati, determined to track down businessman Charlie "Atong" Ang to face criminal charges over the missing sabungeros case.
