Ramil Madriaga signs bank secrecy waiver

Ramil Madriaga, who identified himself as a former aide and alleged bagman of Vice President Sara Duterte, on Tuesday signed a waiver allowing the House of Representatives to examine the bank accounts cited in his supplemental affidavit.
