Senate eyes creating 'Build Back Better Fund' to reconstruct earthquake-damaged homes

The Senate aims to create a 'Build Back Better Fund' to help with the reconstruction of houses damaged by the recent earthquakes, Senate finance committee chairman Sherwin Gatchalian said.
