Philippine Bar Association offers hosting Marcoleta vs Carpio debate on WPS issue

The Philippine Bar Association on Friday offered to host a public debate between Senator Rodante Marcoleta and retired Supreme Court Justice Antonio Carpio on the issue of the West Philippine Sea.
