Villanueva, Estrada maintain innocence on flood control scandal

Senators Joel Villanueva and Jinggoy Estrada on Wednesday said they are ready to prove that they had no hand in the anomalies regarding flood control projects, following the recommendation of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) to the Ombudsman to file plunder, bribery, and corruption complaints against them.
