DOF explains factors for returning PhilHealth"s P60-B excess fund

The Department of Finance (DOF) on Saturday welcomed President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr."s decision to restore the P60 billion in excess funds of the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth), which was returned to the national treasury.
