A change in House leadership is expected to take place Wednesday as Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez will resign, according to House Deputy Speaker and Antipolo Rep. Ronaldo Puno. Puno also said that Romualdez called on his colleagues in the House of Representatives to support the election of Isabela Rep. Faustino "Bojie" Dy III as his replacement.
