Full refund, waive rebooking fees for passengers with canceled flights

Acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez tasked the Civil Aeronautics Board and airlines to give full refund or waive the rebooking fees for passengers whose flights were canceled due to inclement weather amid Severe Tropical Storm Opong.
