LTO extends validity of motor vehicle registrations, driver's licenses expiring Sept. 30 amid bad weather

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) announced on Tuesday that motor vehicle registrations and driver"s licenses expiring on September 30, 2025 are extended until October 3 in consideration of the recent tropical cyclones that hit the country.
